DoT - Damage over Time team
If you have this following characters your line up si so smooth to wipe out your enemy in just 2-3 rounds even there's bp gap, except if you haven't complete the memory (speed 2nd part 2 and 3 sub) finish this memory as fast as you can to gain +20 team speed (2 sub memory)
Required character for this line-up
Vaccineman
(Any character with burn or corrode)
Let's get started...
For DoT lineup
Add vaccine man and make sure he is 2 star or above to unlock his passive his passive is
Earth Savior: when enemies get (DoT) immediately deals 50% of the DoT to all enemies
The line-up you need:
Vaccineman (esper)
LightningMax (hi-tech)
Seafolk Messenger (grappler)
Subterranean king (duelist)
Blue fire (hi-tech)
Mosquito girl (optional core also esper) but for me mosquito girl is the best and suitable core for this because you can gain 4 enegy in starting round and she can revive a fainted member on your team (1x) in the 3rd round also she will give you a llt of energy in 3-4 round but because of vaccine man and other DoT members on your team it can wipe out your enemy within 2-3 rounds.
Tactics on how to spend your energy wisely in 1st round if you're using mosquito girl as a core (4 energy in 1st round) use konbu's ultimate (any target) then use the normal skill for the others except Subterranean king to damage and burn the 1st row as the time goes by DoT is increasing and it can wipe out the enemy easily because of burn of subtera and corrode of konbu
For the gear set use formal set for them because formal set, when attacking a debuffed enemy there's 50% chance to
Inflict this debuff on the main target's column it means there's a possibility to inflict corrode or burn on the other enemy
For positioning of this line-up place the 3 most highest hp in the front and place the 3 remaining low hp characters.
If you want AoT line-up that is the next suggestion I'll discuss (next event)

Here's my line-up:
1 Duelist
2 Grapplers
2 High-Tech
1 Esper
Take note: I have deployed 2 core to switch whether core skills will be using
2 cores deployed (1 Grappler amai mask and 1 high tech child emperor)
Child Emperor
Basic Effect Grants 2 Energy when allies land a critical hit. Can only trigger 4 times per battle.
Advance Effect Lv1 Increase ally ULT DMG by 30% in the first round.
Advance Effect Lv4 When your characters are in the “Shatter” status, you immediately gain 1 Energy. Can only trigger once per round.
Advance Effect Lv10 Increases the Crit DMG and Hit of ally characters by 30% at the start of the battle. Lasts for 2 rounds
Advance Effect Lv17 Increase ally ULT DMG by 40% in the first round.
Amai Mask
Basic Effect Restores 6 Energy when defeating an enemy character. Can only trigger once per battle.
Advance Effect Lv1 Your first character to take action each round gains the [Berserk] effect.
Advance Effect Lv4 Grants 2 Energy at the start of the battle.
Advance Effect Lv10 When any character is defeated, you gain 30% Drain until the end of the battle.
Effect Lv17 Your first character to take action each round gains the [Berserk] effect. Increases power by up to 50%.
Please use your core character skills to increased your attack in your enemy.

We know that it is difficult to set gears we want with the stats we needed, so as much as possible we do stats base, we choose stats that is really useful during PVP and PVE. And onwards keeping the gears with stats needed, you will be setting it to obtain the bonus buff.
Core: Child Emperor - allies lands a crit gives 2 energy in one match, can trigger 4 times. ULT DMG increase in 1st round.
Gears:
Child Emperor: Martial Arts - ATK increases by 10%
[main stats - ATK (flat)]
[sub stats - ATK (percentage), 3 SPD]
Atomic Samurai: Swordsman - Every time an enemy is attacked, deals an additional 10% extra DMG to the target. Stacks up to 3 times
[main stats - ATK (flat)]
[sub stats - ATK (percentage), 3 SPD]
Golden Ball: Swordsman - Every time an enemy is attacked, deals an additional 10% extra DMG to the target. Stacks up to 3 times
[main stats - ATK (flat)]
[sub stats - ATK (percentage), 3 SPD]
Vaccine Man: Prisoner - Triggering a critical hit increase damage by 15%.

Speed-o-Sound Sonic: Lighting - Enemies in the same column as the main target take 30% of damage dealt to the main target.

Tank Top Master: Gangster - Basic attacks deal extra DMG equal to 35% of the attacker’s ATK.

Skills
50% shatter/stun (can trigger same time but the main target will be stun) shattered enemy gain EXTRA DMG
Column gains berserk after attacking. Berserk gives 30% increased DMG
2nd to Atk - Atomic Samurai
Skills
Atk all enemies and inflict shatter
Follow up atk on Duelist Allies
3rd to Atk - Golden Ball
Skills
Atk all enemies and inflict shatter
shattered enemy gain EXTRA DMG
4th to Atk - Vaccine Man
Skills
50% to inflict burn with 80% of ATK DoT
If enemies burn, all enemy gain 50% of burn dmg
5th to Atk - Speed-o-Sound Sonic
Skills
Basic atk that inflict shatter
200% S. ATK that has 50% chance to increase SPD of around allies
6th to ATK - Tank Top Master
Skills
Basic Atk
8% of max hp as EXTRA DMG
My Sonic and TTM has same speed, so I can adjust there position depends the skills I needed.
Energy Consumption:
In the beginning of battle you have 3 energy. In my current crit stat, I have 20%.

3 ENE - 2 ENE used by CE = 1 when crit + 2 = 3 ENE (1st time crit)
3 ENE used by AS = 1 when crit + 3 ENE (2nd time crit)
3 ENE used by GB = 1 when crit + 3 ENE (3rd time crit)
3 ENE used by VM = 1 when crit + 3 ENE (4th time crit)
3 ENE used by Sonic = 1
TTM used BASIC ATK
